Clear Glass

Clear glass is also known as float glass because of the floating technique. It is made by floating molten glass liquid on a bed of molten metal of a low melting point, typically tin. This method gives the sheet uniform thickness and a very flat surface. Clear glass has been well known and used in all industries, such as windows, walls, mirrors, etc. Before patterned glass was used on greenhouses, clear glass was the only choice for glass greenhouses. Nowadays, clear-based glass is still trendy among various covering materials.
